1.1 What is minimum system requirement ?

The minimum system requirement is Pentuim 4 1.8 Ghz and 512M memory.

1.2 What should I do if XEditor fails to load the ICL file ?

Log the error message:

Open you XEditor -> Select Tools -> Preferences -> Editor -> Select log message option

Open the same file with problem and XEditor will log all the messages to the log folder. The binary data of the record with error will be saved to a new file naming [filename_offset.icl] in the log folder too. Please send us all files in the log folder.

1.3 How can I output the binary data of the file to a new file ?

Open you XEditor -> Select Export Data -> Select the source file, offset and length of the data -> Click Save As to save the specified data to the new file.

3.1 How to receive a trial license ?

1. Register an account through our website.
2. Register computer Id.
3. Register license code.
4. Add license code to XEditor.

3.2 How to receive licenses after purchase products ?

1. Click Return To Website after confirm the purchase of the products.
2. Rceive the transaction confirmaction
3. Register the transaction.
4. Register computer Id.
5. Register license codes.
6. Add license codes to XEditor.

3.3 How to register transaction ?

Please follow the steps to register your transaction:

1. Register an account through our website if you are not a member.
2. Login your account.
3. Select the Registered Transaction on the left side.
4. Click the Add button on the left side and change to register transaction page
5. Enter your payer email and confirmation number
6. Click Register button to register the transaction.

3.4 How to register computer id ?

Please follow the steps to register your computer id:

1. Open your XEditor.
2. Select Help->License.
3. Save your computer id.
4. Login our website with your account.
5. Select ComputeIds on the left side.
6. Click the Add button on the right side.
7. Enter your computer id from step 3.
8. Enter the description of computer id.
9. Click the Add button to add the Computer Id.

3.5 How to register license code ?

Please follow the steps to receive your product license code (skip step 1 if register a trail license) :

1. Register your transaction.
2. Register your computer Id.
3. Login your account.
4. Select the UnRegistered License on the left side.
5. Select the link (ID) of the license and change to Register Licnese page.
6. Select the Computer Id which you want to install the license.
7. Click Register button to bind the license to the Computer Id.
8. Seleect the Registered License on the left side.
9. All registered licenses will be displayed on the right side.
   1. License code on the 'License' column if transaction is approved.
   2. 'Pending' on the 'License' column if the transaction is pending.

3.6 How to add license to XEditor ?

Please follow the steps to register your product license:

1. Receive your license code.
2. Open your XEditor.
3. Select Help->License.
4. Enter your license code
5. If the license code is valid, the license panel will display the detail information of your license code.
6. Click Add button to add the license to your registered license list.
7. Click Save button to save the changes of our registered license list.
